RETURNS AND EXCHANGES



We’ve all made bad decisions in life we later regretted, right? At GRRRL we KNOW what that’s like as much as anyone.



We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. And we completely get that exchanges and returns are a part of our life as a clothing retailer, and that we must meet your reasonable expectations when these situations arise.



If, for any reason, you are not 1000% satisfied with your purchase please email us at support@grrrl.com. If the item is the wrong size or you are really unhappy with how it fits we will offer you an exchange for a different size or a different item.



But we will need to see that the clothes haven’t been worn as we will want to re-stock the item. If you wish to make a return please email us first before sending back your items so we can make sure you are sending them to the right place.



No returns or exchanges after 30 days.



We can’t accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. We can’t accept items that have been worn or damaged, or that are not in the original packaging because to give you your money back, we need to be able to restock and sell the item.



Gift card sales are considered final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.



Any items bought on sale are considered final, and cannot be exchanged or refunded based on design choice or fit. We appreciate your understanding.
