Once your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive your order within 72-96 hours. Please note, this is dependent on receiving location.
Click on homepage, in the top right corner you will click on ‘My Account’. From there, you will enter your email address and create a password, then click the ‘Sign up’ button. Follow the prompts to continue to create your account.
If this is prior to placing an order, you will Click on ‘My Account’ and click on address. You will be able to edit your shipping and/or billing information. If this is after you have placed an order, you will need to contact customer support via the chat box on our website or email@example.com we will try our best to change your shipping address. Please note this is not a guarantee.
If you placed an order under your account, you can go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Orders’. You will be able to see the status of your order. If you did not place it under your registered account, contact customer support via the chat box on our website or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can add a payment method in your registered account to use for future purchases. Our customer support does not have access to your payment methods, they are only able to see how you paid for a placed order.

On most occasions, your order will arrive in one package. The exception would be size or weight of an item that would require it to ship separately. Please note, you will only be charged for one shipping fee from Grrrl.
If you need to swap an item
Our return policy is 45 days from the arrival of your order. All items need to be in original packaging with tags attached, free of lotion scents, deodorant stains, pet fur, and clean and unworn. You also will need to include your order number on the package. Once we receive them, they pass a quick quality check, we can get your return/exchange processed asap!
